Once the tire begins the retread process it will never touch the ground until it is completed and ready for the final inspection. This process keeps any unwanted material from touching the tire as it is being prepped for retreading. During the process the tire will receive several computerized steps that helps contribute to the superior consistency that Ozarko Tire is known for.
We track each tire from beginning to end.
We attach a bar code to each tire we receive which allows us to follow it throughout the process. It allows us to give you information regarding each tire at any particular moment.
The final inpsection.
Even after the tire has gone through several inspections during the retread process, we still give it one final inspection before we roll it out to the costumer. We make every effort to provide you with a superior product that will last as long or better than a brand new tire.
